Necessary products:

 

1 kg chicken fillet
1/2 teaspoon flour
salt and pepper to taste
2 beaten eggs
1 tablespoon fresh milk
1 teaspoon fine breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon sweetened coconut shavings

 

for dressing:


100 grams of mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped pineapple
1-2 pinch chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon melted honey
1 teaspoon sour cream
sweet chili sauce to taste
1 teaspoon lime juice

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a tray with non-stick paper. Prepare three bowls, in the first combine the flour, salt and pepper. In the second beaten eggs and milk, and in the third coconut shavings and breadcrumbs.

 

Cut the chicken, dip it in the flour, then in the eggs and finally in the last mixture. In the same way, make the remaining fillet, arrange in the pan and bake until done.
