How To Cook Oven Omelette With Fried Canned Corn And Milk - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 eggs
  • 60 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 20 grams of butter
  • 300 grams of canned corn
  • 5 cherry tomatoes
  • parsley or other green spice of your choice
  • salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :


Drain the liquid from the canned corn, and fry the beans in a little oil, add salt.

Mix the eggs with the milk, add salt to them and beat with a fork.

Pour the corn into this mixture and transfer the resulting combination to a suitable baking dish.

Arrange cherry tomatoes on the surface and place the dish in the oven until ready.

An option is to make the omelette in a pan, if you prefer.
