Required products :

  • 1 1/3 tea cup wholemeal flour
  • 1 1/3 tea cup white flour
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tea cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3 tablespoons chocolate drops
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/3 teaspoon blueberries

Method of preparation :

Mix the flour with the leavening agents and season. In another bowl, mix the eggs with the milk and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Pour the mixture over the flour and stir. Finally, add the melted butter and stir.

Melt the peanut butter in the microwave for a few seconds to liquefy.

Cream cheese mix with powdered sugar.

Pour the dough into a large rectangular pan. Mentally divide it into 4 parts. In one part make a net of peanut butter, arrange bananas on top.

Sprinkle the next part with the chocolate drops.

In the third field, scatter the raspberries.

Cover the last part with blueberries and make a few piles of cream cheese and sugar sauce.

Bake for 14-16 minutes at 220 degrees.

Drizzle the whole pancake with maple syrup and serve.
