Required products :
300 grams of salmon (obligatory with the skin)
1 lemon
1/2 cucumber
100 grams of sour cream
100 grams of yogurt
salt, dill and ground black pepper to taste
olive oil
Preparation :
Cut the fish into two equal parts, rub with salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Grease the bottom of the baking dish with olive oil and put the salmon skin side down.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Do not stick in the oven to avoid getting dry and tasteless, so it is good to check the readiness.
Grate the cucumber finely, chop the dill. Add them to the yogurt, which you pre-mix with the cream. Pour the juice of half a lemon. The sauce is ready.
Serve the fish with it.
