Required products :
500 grams of fresh salmon (fillet)
1 lemon
3 tablespoons soy sauce
green olives to taste
several tomatoes (depending on their size)
dried basil to taste
spices for fish to taste
oil
Method of preparation :
Cut the fillet into pieces, tomatoes into cubes, lemon into slices. Grease a pan with oil, arrange the fish in it, sprinkle with spices to taste. Pour the chopped tomatoes and olives, add the soy sauce. Arrange lemon slices on top and bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees until done.
