How To Cook Pacha Horseradish Soup - Recipe

Required products :

400 grams of pork ears and legs
50 grams of celery root
2 carrots
1 onion
1 head garlic
30 milliliters of vinegar
3 bay leaves
1 tablespoon grated horseradish
salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the pork ears and legs until ready.

Carrots and celery cut into large pieces, onions and garlic - finely. Add them to the dish with the meat, put the bay leaves and let everything boil for 30 minutes.

Then remove the pork products from the broth and break the meat off the bones. Cut or chop into small pieces and return to the strained broth.

Season the soup with grated horseradish and vinegar, serve hot.
