Necessary products:

 

  • 30 grams of butter
  • 1 head of old onion
  • 500 grams of chicken legs
  • 1 cup of tea and a half blanched rice
  • 5 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 300 grams of chorizo ​​sausages
  • 2 red peppers
  • 50 grams of frozen or boiled peas
  • 1/2 teaspoon saffron
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 2 soft tomatoes
  • fresh parsley
  • lemon for decoration
  • 50 milliliters of white wine

 

Method of preparation:

 

Prepare a pan with a lid, heat the butter and fry the chicken and sausages. Add finely chopped garlic and onion, stir and add salt, pepper and saffron.
