Method of preparation:
Mix the milk, cream and some sugar, bring to a boil over low heat. Then add gelatin (pre-soaked in water and squeezed). Distribute the resulting mixture in bowls (cups or other suitable containers) and refrigerate for 12 hours. Grind the fruit with the remaining sugar in a blender - you get a sweet sauce with which to pour the dessert before serving.
Tip: Make a larger amount of Pana Kota, because it is eaten very quickly! :)
