How To Cook Pancake Cake With Apples And Chocolate Cream - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Pancake cake with apples and chocolate cream". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

3 teaspoons liquid cream
6 egg yolks
5 tablespoons sugar
100 grams dark chocolate
4 apples
3 tablespoons butter
16-18 pancakes

Method of preparation :

Heat the cream without boiling.

Mix the yolks with 1 tablespoon of sugar and carefully pour the cream over them.

Boil the mixture in a water bath for 10 minutes until thickened. Then put the broken chocolate in pieces and wait for it to melt.

Pour the remaining 4 spoons of sugar into a pan and add the butter and in this combination fry the peeled and finely chopped apples for about 4 minutes.

It's time to "assemble" the cake. Put 3-4 pancakes in a deep round bowl, spread with cream.

Then spread 1 pancake with the chocolate sweetness and put the apples in the middle. Roll up a roll, which you put in the middle of the bottom of the bowl on the already laid base. So make and arrange a few pancakes.

Cover them with a few of the finished pancakes (without rolling them) and close the container with a sheet of plastic wrap. Refrigerate for two hours.

When you take out the cake, turn it over on a flat dish, spread a lot of chocolate cream, which you prepare in the same way as for the filling, but use more chocolate.

Melt a few pieces of chocolate to decorate the dessert.

Enjoy your meal!
