Necessary products

 

For the pancakes:

4 tablespoons butter

1 large ripe banana

240 milliliters of fresh milk

100 grams of flour

4 eggs

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanillin

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

a pinch of ground cloves

 

For the stuffing:

220 grams of cream cheese

350 milliliters of yogurt

70 grams of sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

 

For the glaze:

120 milliliters of high-fat whipping cream

50 grams of brown sugar

15 grams of butter

50 grams of crushed walnuts

1/2 teaspoon vanillin

salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Peel a banana and grate it with a blender until puree. Then add the butter and other pancake products.

Beat until smooth. Transfer the dough to a suitable bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour.

When cool, beat thoroughly and bake pancakes until golden on both sides.

Beat the cream cheese until airy, gradually add the yogurt, sugar, vanilla. Beat everything until smooth.

Arrange the pancakes on top of each other, applying cream on each. Cover the finished cake with it.

Make the glaze, beating the cream with the brown sugar and butter on medium speed. Put the mixture on the stove and bring to a boil. When this happens, reduce the temperature and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add vanilla, salt and crushed walnuts. Pour the finished glaze over the dessert and enjoy its incredible taste.
