Method of preparation :
Make dough from flour, eggs, milk. Add a teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of salt and 3 tablespoons of oil. Mix well and bake pancakes.
Grind the walnuts, add fresh milk and sugar to taste, pour a little rum or cognac, add raisins, lemon peel (sliced or grated) and place the mixture on the stove. It should boil, stirring.
Make a cream by mixing the yolks with the sugar, then add a spoonful of flour and pour hot milk in a thin stream. Add the chocolate and cook on low heat until the cream thickens, while stirring with a wire whisk.
Spread each of the finished pancakes with fruit jam of your choice. Then put the walnut filling on half of the pancakes and cover the rest with chocolate cream.
Arrange them on top of each other in a greased cake tin, pour a little fresh milk over the surface, sprinkle with sugar and bake until golden in the oven.
