Required products :

  • 20 pancakes
  • 300 grams of sugar
  • 250-300 grams of high-fat whipping cream (35%)
  • 250 grams of cherries (frozen or fresh, depending on the season)

 

Method of preparation :

Whip the cream with 200 grams of sugar until thickened.

Arrange the pancakes on top of each other, spreading them with cream.

Then apply it on the walls and surface of the cake and put it in the refrigerator.

Mix the cherries (if frozen, defrost them first) with the sugar and beat with a blender. Pour into a saucepan and cook for 15-20 minutes (remove the foam).

Once the syrup has cooled, decorate the cake with it.
