Necessary products:

 

for the dough:

 

  • 250-300 grams of flour
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 teaspoons butter

 

for the filling:

 

  • 150 grams of cheese
  • 200 grams of dock
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1-2 tablespoons tomato paste

 

Method of preparation:


Mix all the dough products and beat until smooth. Grease a pan, scoop out the mixture with a ladle and bake pancakes. Put 2 tea cups of water in a saucepan, bring to a boil and scald the dock. Drain, cool, chop finely and sauté briefly in the remaining oil. Arrange the pancakes in a cake tin, place the filling on top of each, sprinkle with cheese and do the rest in the same way. Garnish the last loaf with tomato puree, sprinkle with yellow cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes in an oven at 200 degrees. Cut, serve and enjoy the taste and appearance!
