How To Cook Pancake Cake With Ricotta And Chocolate Icing - Recipe

Required products :

300 milliliters of milk
300 milliliters of kefir
5 tablespoons flour
1 banana
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
salt
oil

For the stuffing:

500 grams of ricotta
5 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

1 package of chocolate glaze

Method of preparation :

Mix kefir with sugar, egg, soda and add a little salt.
Peel and mash the banana, add it to this combination, then gradually pour the flour. Make a thick dough. Pour the hot milk into it and mix well.

Bake pancakes from the dough in a greased pan.

Prepare the cream by beating the ricotta with the powdered sugar and the grated lemon peel until you get an airy mass.

Put cream on each pancake and roll it into two rows into a shape. Fill the empty spaces with the filling and cover the rolls with a large pancake.

Put the cake in the refrigerator for an hour, then pour chocolate icing, decorate of your choice and delight your guests.
