Required products :
12 pancakes
200 grams of mushrooms
300 grams of chicken fillet
200 grams of yellow cheese
spinach
2 onions
150 grams of sour cream
butter, salt and pepper (black) to taste
Method of preparation :
Bake 12 pancakes in the standard way.
Cut onions into semicircles, mushrooms - into tiles.
Boil the chicken fillet, let it cool and also cut.
Wash the spinach, sauté in a pan until soft and chop when cool.
Fry the mushrooms and onions in oil (until the vegetables are transparent).
Add the cream to them, stir and then add the pieces of chicken, spinach, season. After a few minutes, remove the mixture from the hob.
Spread the finished filling on the pancakes, form rolls and arrange one layer in a tray.
Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and place a second row on it, followed again by yellow cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
A golden crust will form on the surface.
