Pour the flour into a bowl, pour in the milk and mix with a wire whisk so that no lumps form.
In a separate bowl with a fork, beat the egg and then add it to the dough. Melt the butter, add it to the other products. Mix everything thoroughly.
Bake 6 pancakes in a pre-greased and heated pan.
Grate the zucchini and drain the liquid with a colander.
Then add the cheese, egg and season to taste. Stir with a fork.
Arrange the pancakes in a rectangular shape on a sheet of parchment, spread the filling on top and form a roll.
Wrap the edges of the paper and bake the roll for half an hour in the oven at 180 degrees.
When you take it out, unroll, remove the coating, smear the surface with a little oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Return them to the oven for 5-6 minutes on the grill function.
Prepare the sauce by pouring the milk into a small saucepan and adding the cream cheese, parmesan, basil and spices to taste. Put on low heat and as soon as it boils, turn off the stove.
Cut the roll into pieces (use a sharp knife) and arrange in a warmed plate. Drizzle with the sauce and serve the dish.
