Necessary products
For the dough:
160 grams of flour
300 milliliters of milk
1 egg
25 grams of butter
a pinch of salt
For the stuffing:
400 grams zucchini
1 tablespoon mascarpone
2 tablespoons Philadelphia cheese
3 tablespoons grated parmesan
pepper and salt
For the sauce:
2 tablespoons Philadelphia cheese
2 tablespoons fresh milk
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
salt and pepper (black)
Method of preparation :
Pour the flour into a bowl, pour the milk and mix with a wire whisk, not allowing lumps to remain.
In a separate bowl with a fork, beat the egg and then add it to the dough.
From the mixture, bake 6 pancakes in a hot and greased pan.
Grate the zucchini, pour into a colander and drain the excess liquid. Then add the cream cheese and parmesan, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well with a fork.
Arrange the pancakes on a sheet of parchment, forming a rectangle. Apply the filling on the dough base and with the help of the paper form a roll, which you fasten by wrapping its edges.
Bake for half an hour at 180 degrees.
When ready, unroll the roll, grease it with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for 5-6 minutes, turning on the "grill" function.
Make the sauce by mixing the ingredients listed for it (cream cheese, basil, parmesan, salt and pepper).
Put the combination on low heat, as soon as it boils, turn off the stove.
Cut the finished roll, arrange in a warm plate, pour the hot sauce and serve immediately.
