How To Cook Pancake Rolls With Smoked Salmon And Salted Milk Cream - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of flour
  • two eggs
  • 150-200 milliliters of milk or water
  • 10 grams of butter
  • pinch of salt
  • a pinch of sugar

 

for the stuffing:

 

  • 100-150 grams of smoked salmon fillet
  • 2-3 stalks of fresh dill
  • 160 grams of cream cheese
  • salt and black
  • sour cream one tablespoon
 

Method of preparation:


Beat the eggs, pour in the milk, add the flour, salt, sugar and mix until you get a thick dough. Bake pancakes in a greased pan and cool. Spread them with a mixture of cream cheese, sour cream, dill, salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with slices of smoked salmon, roll and cut. Serve cold, decorated to your liking.
