Required products :

  • 1/2 cup fresh milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • left
  • 1/3 tea cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 stalk of leek, cut into thin crescents
  • 1 crushed clove of garlic
  • pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated Gruyere cheese (or yellow cheese)

Method of preparation :

Beat the milk with one egg, a pinch of salt and the flour in a blender. Leave for 10-15 minutes.

In a small saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons olive oil and fry the leeks until soft. In the last minutes, add the garlic and, when it releases its aroma, remove from the heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Turn on the top of the oven and place the oven rack on the highest level.

Heat a frying pan on the stove, grease with oil and put 1/3 tea cup of the dough in it. Spread it all over the bottom and bake for about 3 minutes until the top of the pancake starts to look dry and bubbles form. Turn the pancake over.

Put leeks and cheese on it, knock an egg in the center. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and transfer to the oven for 3-4 minutes to bake the egg.

Serve the pancake rolled if desired.
