When we hear pancakes, we imagine the thin cakes in which we wrap ham and yellow cheese, or we serve sweets with honey or jam. However, if you want to try something different, we will give you an idea now. Instead of traditional toppings, make yourself an appetizing salad in a pancake.

Sift the flour and add 1 tablespoon of salt. Pour 700 milliliters of water and stir.
Grease a pan with half a spoon of olive oil, heat and bake thin pancakes in it for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Keep them warm in a preheated 50 degree oven or under a lid.
Serve with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. You should also add the stuffing of arugula, olives, peppers and a little parsley.
