Necessary products
For the pancakes:
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon sugar
700 milliliters of milk
400 grams of flour
1 packet of vanilla sugar
150 milliliters of oil
For the filling and caramel:
300 grams of cottage cheese
200 grams of sugar
15 grams of
raisin butter to taste
Preparation :
Beat the eggs to a froth, add the sugar and stir. Then pour some of the milk, add the vanilla sugar and gradually add the sifted flour.
When you put all the flour, then pour the remaining milk and mix well. You should get a liquid dough to pour on the bottom of the pan.
Bake pancakes, lubricating the dish with oil.
Make the filling by mixing the cottage cheese with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Fill the raisins with water beforehand, let them stand for a while, then drain the liquid and add to the curd.
Put the resulting mixture on each pancake and fold like a handkerchief, roll or shape to your liking.
It's caramel's turn. Melt the butter in a hot pan and pour the remaining sugar. Stir thoroughly and a few minutes later remove the pan from the heat.
The caramel is ready. Pour it over the pancakes and serve.
