Necessary products
For the dough:
1 teaspoon milk
1 teaspoon water
1.5 teaspoons flour
2 eggs
salt
For the stuffing:
150-200 grams of boiled sausage
3 eggs
1 cup rice
Method of preparation :
Knead the dough from these products and bake thin pancakes from it in the standard way.
Boil the eggs hard, peel them and chop finely. Cut the sausage into small pieces and boil the rice in 2 tea cups of water for about 15 minutes.
Then fry the sausage until golden, add to the rice along with the boiled chopped eggs. Stir.
Spread the resulting filling on each of the pancakes and roll or fold. Bake them in a pan on both sides until you get a beautiful and crispy coating.
