Necessary products:
50 g flour
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
100 ml of fresh milk
1/4 tsp Sol
1 large banana
chocolate spread
oil
Method of preparation:
Sift the flour and mix it with the sugar, egg, salt and milk. Make dough without lumps. Bake 4 pancakes. Peel a banana, grate it and cut it in half lengthwise, then cut each half in half. Wrap the banana pieces in the pancakes and fry them in butter. Drizzle with chocolate and serve.
