Required products :

240 milliliters of fresh milk

200 grams of corn flour

2 eggs

2 teaspoons sugar

pinch of salt

2 tablespoons oil

Method of preparation :

Mix the dry products: flour, sugar and salt. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the milk. Add the milk-egg combination to the dry mixture and beat well with an egg whisk. Add the oil (you can use olive oil or anything else you prefer), stir again and leave the dough for 30 minutes. If you think it is very thick, pour a little more milk, gradually, spoon by spoon, being careful not to overdo it.

Grease a heated pan with fat and bake pancakes (about 1 minute on each side), distributing the mixture evenly and quickly in the pan. They should turn red and form holes on the surface. When they are baked, grease them with oil, as they turn out dry (especially those made from corn flour).

Serve hot, smeared with honey, maple syrup, jam, condensed milk, marmalade or whatever you like best.

Enjoy your meal!
