How To Cook Pancakes With Curry And Crab Rolls - Recipe

Necessary products

For the pancakes:

  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • left

For the stuffing:

  • 200 grams of crab rolls
  • 2 eggs, hard boiled
  • 150 grams of boiled peas
  • 2 green onion stalks
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

The dough

Sift the flour together with the curry and salt. Add the milk, melted butter, eggs and beat until smooth. Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover and leave warm for an hour.

Sauce

Melt the butter in a suitable bowl, add the flour and leave the mixture on the stove for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Then start pouring the milk (it should be at room temperature) and stir until the sauce thickens (about 5 minutes). Add salt and remove from the heat.

The stuffing

Thinly slice the crab rolls, chop the boiled eggs, wash the onions, dry them and cut them into circles. Mix the products, add the peas and stir.

Pour the combination into the sauce, stir and leave for a while.

Bake pancakes from the dough (about 12-15 pieces are obtained).

In the middle of each of them put the stuffing and roll or close with the dough, forming a package.
