Method of preparation:
Beat the eggs, add salt and sugar. Pour the milk, yogurt mixed with baking soda, yeast and add the flour. Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Allow to simmer for 30 minutes and stir again.
Meanwhile, heat some of the butter in a pan and fry the finely chopped leeks and onions. Add the mushrooms and season with crushed garlic, salt, pepper and chopped fresh dill. Stir, add the melted cheese and stew the mixture for 10 minutes.
Cool and set aside. Put a little butter in another pan, scoop out the dough with a ladle and bake pancakes. Garnish each with 1-2 tablespoons of the filling and fold in half. Serve and eat with pleasure.
