Necessary products

For the pancakes:

  • 500 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 500 milliliters of water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • a pinch of baking soda quenched in 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tea cups (topped) flour

For the stuffing:

  • 500 grams of meat of choice (fillet)
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • left
  • pepper
  • oil
  • onion


Method of preparation :

The pancakes

  • Beat the eggs with the salt and sugar.
  • Sift the flour twice.
  • Boil the milk and cool to warm.

Bake thin pancakes from the dough. Grease each side with oil and then put the stuffing (about 1 tbsp).
