Required products :

  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 2-3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • flour as needed to obtain the required consistency for pancake batter


For cream:

  • 250 grams of pumpkin
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 proteins
  • 1 tablespoon crystal sugar

  

Method of preparation :

Make dough from the products listed for it. It should have the consistency of thick cream. Bake pancakes.

 

 

Cut the pumpkin (peeled and cleaned of seeds) into cubes and pour into a bowl. Put it in the microwave for 10 minutes. During this time, the pieces will soften and excess moisture will be released.

Drain the liquid and leave the pumpkin at room temperature to cool.

Then puree, add a spoonful of sugar and stir.

 

Beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar (use a wire to beat the eggs). Mix with the pumpkin puree and transfer to a greased pan.

Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
