Required products :

  • 2 eggs
  • 500 milliliters of whey
  • pinch of salt
  • 2-3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons oil
  • about 2 teaspoons of flour

Method of preparation :

Pour the whey into a deep bowl and heat a little in the microwave. Add a pinch of salt, a little sugar (even if you decide to serve the pancakes with sweet filling, do not put a large amount of sugar in the dough, because they will not peel off well from the pan). Beat the eggs in the whey, then beat until smooth, using either a blender or a wire whisk. For flavor you can add vanilla if desired.

Sift the flour and pour it into the mixture in portions. Be careful with the amount, the dough should not become thick and sticky, there should be no lumps. Finally, pour in the oil and stir the mixture again.

Heat a frying pan and bake golden pancakes in it. Pour a little of the dough to make them thin.

Enjoy your meal!
