How To Cook Pangasius With Basil, Thyme And Rice Bread - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Pangasius with basil, thyme and breadcrumbs of rice flour". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • fillet pangasius
  • lemon
  • basil, thyme
  • left
  • rice flour
  • oil

 

Method of preparation :

Drizzle the fish fillet with lemon juice, sprinkle with spices and leave for a while to marinate (15-20 minutes minimum or leave overnight if you have that much time).

Then add salt to the pangasius, roll in rice flour and fry until golden on both sides in hot oil to cover about an inch from the pan.
