How To Cook Pangasius With Onions, Tomatoes And Carrots - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of pangasius fillet
  • 2 large onions
  • 5 large carrots
  • 1 large tomato (maybe two)
  • frying oil
  • salt, pepper and other spices to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the onion into cubes and fry it until golden in oil. Finely chop the carrots (or grate them) and add them to the onion, fry over high heat for 3-5 minutes. Close the pan with a lid and let the carrots and onions simmer until almost done (about 20 minutes). Add salt, pepper and your favorite spices.

Cut the fillet into pieces, put it in the dish under the vegetables (let them cover it). Cut the tomatoes into thin slices with a sharp knife and arrange the slices on the onions and carrots. Sprinkle with a little salt. You should stew the dish for about 30 - 35 minutes on low heat (until the fish is ready). You can also put in the oven.
