Necessary products:

 

  • 4 kiwis
  • 70 milliliters of liquid confectionery cream
  • 110 grams of sugar
  • 3 sheets of gelatin
  • 1 vanilla powder

 

Method of preparation:


Peel a kiwi, cut one into thin slices and the rest into small pieces. Put gelatin in a glass of cold water. Put the cream, sugar and vanilla in a saucepan.

Heat and stir until the mixture is hot. Remove from the heat, add gelatin, kiwi, finely chopped and stir. Pour into dessert cups and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Serve the panna cotta, decorated with fine slices of kiwi and enjoy its taste.
