Required products :

  • 220 grams of papardele paste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 300 grams of smoked sausage
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 6 thinly sliced ​​garlic cloves
  • 1 1/4 tea cup low-fat cream
  • 125 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon pesto

Method of preparation :

Boil the pasta and strain it, keeping 1/2 tea cup of the water in which the pasta is cooked.

In a large skillet, place 1 tablespoon of olive oil and fry the mushrooms and sausage, which you have cut into thin slices for 6 minutes. Transfer to another bowl and wipe the pan.

Melt the butter and fry the garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add the cream and cream cheese. Stir to combine and remove from heat after turning. Add 2/3 tea cup of parmesan.

Put the pasta and mushrooms in the pan, if the sauce is thick, dilute with the separated water.

Serve by sprinkling each portion with the remaining Parmesan cheese, pesto and, if desired, a few sprigs of finely chopped fresh basil.
