2 persimmons
1 banana
fresh ginger to taste
2 pinches of ground cinnamon
200 milliliters of mineral water
Method of preparation :
Peel the paradise apples and cut them into pieces. Put them in the bowl of a blender and add the peeled banana. Then a small piece of fresh ginger root and pour the water.
Beat until smooth and distribute the drink in suitable cups. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
