How To Cook Parlenka With Cream Cheese, Spinach And Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

for the dough

 

  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 5 grams of sugar
  • 10 grams of salt
  • 400 grams of flour
  • 200 milliliters of warm water
  • packet of dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

 

for the garnish

 

  • 250 grams of cream cheese
  • 50 grams of fresh spinach
  • 150 grams of grated mozzarella

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, mix the cream, vinegar, sugar and salt. Add the yeast to the flour, stir, pour the water, olive oil and cream mixture. Make dough and wait for it to rise. Flour a plate, roll out the crust and spread it with cream cheese. Put fresh spinach leaves and sprinkle with mozzarella.

 

Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Do the other pearls in the same way. When ready, cool, cut and serve. Sprinkle with colored salt if desired.
