Required products :

1 teaspoon yogurt

2 teaspoons flour

1 cup grated yellow cheese

1 cup grated ham (or sausage of choice) and cheese with chopped parsley

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

 

Method of preparation :

Grate the cheese.

 

Add soda, salt, sugar to the milk and stir.

 

Add the flour, yellow cheese and knead a hard dough, which you divide into 6 equal parts.

 

Grate the ham.

 

You can crush the cheese and add chopped parsley. Make half of the pearls with ham stuffing and the rest with cheese.

 

Roll out the dough.

 

Place the selected filling on one side of each rolling layer and close and roll once more.

 

 

 

 

Bake the parlenki in a pan with a little fat on both sides until ready and serve hot.
