How To Cook Parlenki With Yellow Cheese (without Yeast) - Recipe

Required products :

150 grams of yellow cheese

200 grams of yogurt

300 grams of flour

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Method of preparation :

Mix the yogurt with the sugar, salt and soda. Mix well and pour into a bowl. Grate the yellow cheese, add it to the milk and gradually pour the flour into the bowl. Knead the dough first with a spoon, then continue with your hands. Knead until it stops being sticky and divide it into 5-6 parts. Shape each into a ball and roll out. Sprinkle with a little flour. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cheese delicacies or fry on both sides using a little fat.
