Necessary products

for the dough
  • 500 grams of flour
  • 1/2 cube live yeast
  • 250 milliliters of water
  • a pinch of salt and sugar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
for the fillings:
  • 50 grams of feta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2-3 cherry tomatoes
  • 50 grams of baby mozzarella
  • a few fresh basil leaves
  • 50 grams of finely chopped prosciutto
  • 50 grams of grated cheddar
  • 50 grams of sour cream
  • 50 grams of diced smoked salmon
  • a few sprigs of fresh dill
for shaping:
  • silicone ice mold with four sockets

Method of preparation :

Make the dough by dissolving the yeast in the water and adding the sugar, salt, olive oil and flour mixture. Leave it to rise, divide it into two parts and roll out two marshes. Put the first one in the ice mold, press so that it enters the partitions.

Put diced feta and tomato, finish the whole row in the same way. Garnish the rest with mozzarella and fresh basil, prosciutto and cheddar and finally finish with diced salmon, sour cream and dill.

Cover with the second dough crust, roll out and remove the excess.

Invert the form, cut the cubes and arrange them in a parchment-lined tray.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool, arrange on a plate and serve the bites, garnished with a sauce of your choice.
