How To Cook Pasta Cake With Minced Meat And Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of boiled rigatoni
  • 250 grams of minced meat
  • 350 grams of tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 150 milliliters of tomato juice
  • salt, pepper, finely chopped fresh basil
  • a few sprigs of fresh oregano
  • a pinch of savory
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 150-200 grams of grated yellow cheese, maybe mozzarella
  • 70 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • sheet of aluminum foil
  • olive oil for spreading

 

Method of preparation:

 

Prepare and grease a cake pan. Arrange the cooked rigatoni straight and prepare the sauce.

To do this, heat olive oil and fry the minced meat and tomatoes. Pour the vegetable juice, season with salt, pepper, basil, oregano, savory and sugar so as not to sour the mixture. Stir and cook until the liquid is reduced.

Pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle evenly with grated cheese and Parmesan.

Preheat oven to 190 degrees, cover the form with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Cool the salted cake, cut and serve.
