Prepare and grease a cake pan. Arrange the cooked rigatoni straight and prepare the sauce.
To do this, heat olive oil and fry the minced meat and tomatoes. Pour the vegetable juice, season with salt, pepper, basil, oregano, savory and sugar so as not to sour the mixture. Stir and cook until the liquid is reduced.
Pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle evenly with grated cheese and Parmesan.
Preheat oven to 190 degrees, cover the form with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Cool the salted cake, cut and serve.
