Method of preparation :
Boil the pasta until semi-finished.
While they are cooking, fry the finely chopped onions.
Cut the fillet into small pieces.
When the onion is ready, add it to the meat, close the pan with a lid and stew for 10 minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of tomato juice, salt, pepper, crushed garlic.
Mix everything and stew for a few minutes.
Make the sauce. Put the milk on low heat, add the butter to it.
Pour the flour (sifted) into a plate, add salt to taste and a little citric acid.
Pour a little warm milk into it and stir to avoid lumps.
Gradually add the remaining milk (warm) to the resulting mixture, stirring constantly until it thickens. The sauce is ready.
Take the form you will use and evenly distribute the half-cooked pasta on the bottom.
Pour half of the sauce over them.
Then put a layer of fried meat with onions
and pour in the remaining sauce.
Place the dish in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
