How To Cook Pasta Casserole With Cream Sauce, Yellow Cheese And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

300 grams of pasta

500 grams of minced meat - optional

300 milliliters of water

1 onion

1 carrot

1 clove garlic

100 grams of yellow cheese

200 milliliters of sour cream

2 jars of canned tomatoes (in their own sauce) - optional

oregano

 

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot (also finely), grind the tomatoes.

Fry the minced meat for about 5 minutes, add the carrot, onion and stew everything for another 5 minutes. Then pour the tomatoes with the juice, cream, pour the water. Stir well and bring the combination to a boil. Season with garlic and spices.

Put the pasta in a pan (do not pre-cook), pour the resulting sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for about 35 minutes.
