Learn how to cook "Pasta casserole with green beans and minced meat". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
500 grams of green beans
1 onion
1 clove garlic
400 grams of minced meat
8 tomatoes
350 milliliters of milk
50 grams of yellow cheese
4 eggs
400 grams of pasta
Method of preparation :
Boil the pasta until ready, drain the water and spread some of it on the bottom of a suitable baking dish.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the minced meat in it, stirring. Add the chopped onion and garlic, let them cook until soft. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste and remove the pan from the heat. Pour the minced meat over the pasta.
Blanch the green beans for 5 minutes in boiling very salted water. Then drain it and rinse the beans cold. Spread it on the minced meat.
Next is a row of tomato rings.
On them again pasta and finish with tomatoes.
Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and pour over the eggs, which you have previously beaten with fresh milk.
Bake the dish in the oven for 45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
