Method of preparation :
Boil the pasta in salted water for about 10 minutes. Then drain the liquid with a colander, rinse them with cold water.
Finely chop the onion and fry it until transparent in hot oil. Add the corn, finely chopped ham and a few minutes later add the pasta. Mix everything thoroughly.
Grate the yellow cheese and add half of it to the other products, season with salt and pepper.
Beat the eggs with the milk, season to taste and pour the mixture into the pan with the milk-egg combination. Sprinkle with the remaining yellow cheese and place the dish in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes.
The casserole is ready.
