Required products :

  • 300 grams of pasta of your choice
  • 200-300 grams of minced chicken
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1 egg
  • 50-70 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1 onion
  • spices
  • oil

Method of preparation :

Boil the pasta until semi-finished, drain the water, pouring them into a colander, pour a spoonful of oil and stir so that they do not stick together.

Add 1/4 of the milk to the minced chicken, season and stir.

At the bottom of the form that you will use to bake the dish, pour a little fat and distribute an even layer of pasta.

From the minced meat, make balls, flatten them to form thin layers, and arrange them on the laid base in the bowl.

To make the topping, mix the remaining milk with the ketchup and egg, season and stir.

Pour the products into the pan with this mixture, spread grated yellow cheese on the surface and put in a preheated oven (190 degrees).

The casserole is ready when the sauce has evaporated (approximately 20-30 minutes).

Serve immediately while hot.

Enjoy your meal!
