Required products :
300 grams of minced meat
200 grams of pasta
2 sweet red peppers
100 grams of canned peas
2 eggs
1/2 bunch dill or other green spice
50 grams of butter
100 milliliters of fresh milk
spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Boil the pasta until semi-finished in salted water, then drain the liquid using a colander.
Peel the peppers from the seeds and tails, cut into small cubes and finely chop the dill. Mix them with the minced meat, add the pasta, peas, milk, eggs and spices of your choice and taste. Mix everything.
Pour the resulting mixture into a suitable pan, the bottom of which you have greased with oil. Spread the remaining oil (melted) evenly on the surface and bake the dish in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
You can sprinkle with grated cheese and bake until golden brown.
