Knead until you get an elastic homogeneous mass, then continue to knead for another 5 minutes, stretching and squeezing. Leave the dough to stand for about an hour, then divide into small pieces. Sprinkle them and the rolling pin with flour, roll out thin transparent layers. Cut them into pieces of a shape and size of your choice and the pasta is ready.
