Required products :

1/3 teaspoon flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
300 grams cream cheese or other soft cheese of your choice
600 grams pasta
5 tablespoons butter
3 teaspoons milk
200 grams crab rolls
3 slices of bread
1 onion

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 190 degrees. Grease baking tins with oil. Boil the pasta until done, drain the water.

Melt the butter in a pan and fry the finely chopped onion in it, stirring occasionally. Then add the flour, salt and pepper to taste, stir and a minute later pour the milk.

Stir until the mixture thickens, then gradually add the sliced ​​cheese. Do not stop stirring until it melts.

Pour the resulting sauce over the pasta, mix them and distribute in the prepared molds. Add the chopped crab rolls and sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
