Required products :
200-250 grams of pasta
200-250 grams of spinach
1 onion
150 grams of natural yogurt
100 grams of yellow cheese
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
green onions and peas for decoration
Preparation :
Boil the pasta until ready in salted water, then drain the liquid.
Peel an onion, chop finely and fry in hot oil until soft (it should not change color). Then add the spinach and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
You should add the milk, grated yellow cheese, lemon juice and spices. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring, without allowing to boil. Pour the cooked pasta into it and the dish is ready.
Garnish with chopped green onions and peas when serving.
