Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 500 grams of minced beef
  • salt to taste
  • 300 grams of spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 packet of 400 grams of Manicotti paste
  • 2 cups of ricotta
  • 2 broken eggs
  • 3 teaspoons spaghetti sauce
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons chicken broth powder
  • 1 cup of cream and milk
  • 1/4 tea parsley
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method of preparation :

Heat the olive oil and fry the onion in it until it becomes transparent. Add the garlic and minced meat. Fry it and grind it with a spatula. Season with salt to taste.

Bring salted water to a boil and boil Manicotti paste in it for about 10-12 minutes. Drain it and pour cold water.

Add spinach and ricotta cheese to the minced meat. Stir and allow to cool briefly, then place the eggs.

Pour 1/4 tea cup of spaghetti sauce into a pan.

Fill the Manicotti paste with the meat sauce and arrange in the pan. Cover the dish with foil and a clean towel to prevent the paste from cracking, and prepare the white sauce.

For it, melt the butter and add the flour. You should season with broth. Pour the cream, milk and stir to combine. Remove from the heat, sprinkle with parsley and pour over the pasta.

Sprinkle with basil and remaining tomato sauce. Bake for 40 minutes under foil. Then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for another 10 minutes to acquire a golden crust.
