  • 1/4 tea cup for cooking cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 500 grams of minced beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes (canned)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian spice mix
  • 1 teaspoon ripe cheddar, grated in bulk

Put water in a saucepan and add plenty of salt. When the water boils, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and pasta orekiete (pasta). Boil for 15 minutes (if you use regular pasta, reduce the time by half).

Strain it into a bowl and add the cream and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir well.

Pour it into a ceramic pan, sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Meanwhile, fry the two onions in the remaining olive oil until soft and add the minced meat. Stir to break up, and when browned (after about 10 minutes), add the tomatoes and season with salt, pepper and Italian spice mix.

Pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with cheddar on top.

Bake the pasta with the meat for 30 minutes at a temperature of 170 degrees.
